Privacy Policy

When you register as a sponsor or affiliated organization, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Account type and, for organizations, registration and supporting documents
• Country and, where provided, gender
• Payment and sponsorship activity associated with your account

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message content, along with a reCAPTCHA verification to prevent automated abuse.

We use your information to operate your account, process sponsorships and payments, verify affiliated organizations, send you sponsorship updates and reports, and respond to inquiries. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Sponsors can choose to appear publicly on a sponsored child's profile or sponsor anonymously, with their identity hidden from all public pages. This preference can be changed at any time from your dashboard and is independent of whether you sponsor as an individual or on behalf of an organization.

Sponsored children are identified publicly by a system-assigned alias and avatar only. Real names and identifying details are restricted to the affiliated organization and SN Foundation administrators, as described in our Child Protection Policy.

We retain account and sponsorship records for as long as your account is active and as required to meet our reporting and legal obligations. Access to sensitive information, including uploaded documents, is restricted to authorized personnel.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Some information may need to be retained where required for financial reporting or legal compliance.
